When capturing content, filming on a phone is completely acceptable (and encouraged!). We want this content to feel authentic and real.
 

Please capture content horizontal from your device. Ideally, you will be centered with the focus being from mid-waist up if possible!
 

In order to maintain a sense of consistency throughout our content series, we’d ask that content be captured in front of a solid background if possible.
 

BE YOU! You are encouraged to style yourself in whatever way makes you feel best.
