SHARE YOUR STORY AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST SCR 1013

SCR 1013 is a dangerous resolution that would establish rules related to pronoun use in schools and ban trans Arizonans from using school bathrooms, locker rooms, and shared facilities consistent with their gender identity.
There is an unfortunately possibility that SCR 1013 will move to the Senate floor very soon. Together with the LGBTQIA2S+ Working Group, we are currently gathering stories from Arizona families and youth who will be impacted by the rhetoric surrounding anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, and specifically SCR1013. The goal of this is to arm our friendly legislators with stories to share on the floor. Each story will remain private and/or anonymous if requested.

FROM POLICY TO PROGRESS: A WEBINAR ON THE LGBTQ+ NON-DISCRIMINATION BILL
On Thursday, February 22nd at 6pm MST the ACLU of Arizona is hosting a webinar in partnership with the HRC to discuss HB2625, a statewide non-discrimination bill for the LGBTQ+ community.
Join us and learn more about the contents of HB2625, hear from your legislator about why it is needed, and listen to personal stories of impacted individuals.
